As mentioned earlier, the Eelam war which ended about 15 years ago is now “Old Hat”. Why not deal with the ruthlessness and corruption of subsequent events perpetrated by the Rajapakses which led to a popular uprising against them, especially by the youth. Ranil Wicks is trying to bring some normalcy , however , he is falling short.
