We had a great hearing day yesterday where Cambridge LLP representing Sri Lankan Canadian Action Coalition and Sri Lanka Canada Association of Brampton along with Mr. Hasaka Rathnamalala representing Dr. Neville Hewage making successful hearing in front of Justice Akbaralli of the Ontario Superior Court.

Today it will be the presentations of the Ontario Attorney General representing Ontario Government (few hours) and the two lawyers of the Tamil intervenors (25 mins each) followed by follow-up replies by our lawyers (15 minutes per presentation). It is expected that the decision by the judge will take around 2 months.
