Joe Kent was hand-picked by Trump to head the National Counterterrorism Center. His resignation over Trump’s decision to launch a war against Iran sends a powerful message and marks the beginning of the end for Trump.
US Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard—who testified before Congress that Iran posed no threat to the US, a claim Trump said he disregarded—is likely to be the next to resign.

As the war drags on and the global economy is destroyed in the name of the “Free World” and Israel, Trump’s desperation increases every day, leading him to escalate the conflict even further. As the US and Israel escalate, so too does Iran. If the war keeps going for a few more weeks, there may be no oil left in the Middle East, as it will all go up in smoke in the name of democracy, freedom, and US hegemony.
The destruction will only get worse. Trump is trapped. He is begging the world to get him out of this mess, but no country is interested in his war. He cannot lose face by admitting defeat, so he escalates, risking the destruction of the world.
