  1. Cchandra Maliyadde

This a deserving worthy course. Better someone establish a credible transparent fund to avoid another episode of Thilini Piyumaali.

  2. What about the poor Sinhalese who lost their land to the Indian occupiers. Any divisive racist projects should not be encouraged.

    • This is a nasty and vicious comment — displaying the mind of a chauvinist ….in this instance clearlya sinhalese chauvinist hiding behind a generic pseudonym. As Editor of the Thuppahi site, I could have blocked it ….BUT the site is directed towards revealing the world as it exists today [and in the past]: that is, with all its foibles, prejudices, excesses, et cetera.

      • So, the poverty-stricken estate kids brought the land they sit on with their poverty? Why is it only one section of the community is selected? Any way thanks Michael for displaying my comment
