The Ubiquitous Banyan Tree and Galle Fort

Two ‘Monuments’ …. The VOC Crest and a Banyan Giant

Yet another spreading Banyan inside the Fort in the Court Complex …  ….  beside a pavilion …..

…. in August 2020 ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………..  a pavilion that served as a ‘luminary’ stage for the Opening Ceremony of the Galle Literary Festival in 2009

Gotcha Dom!
