SEE Tim Anderson’s Views on al-Jazeera as one step towards understaning the present hot war between Iran and Israel …. https://youtu.be/r6euXK-_qec?
Israel says its attack on Iran took one year of planning which included overthrowing the Syrian Government and installing a puppet pro-Israeli, pro Western ISIS-led regime which now allows Syrian airspace to be used by the US to refuel Israeli warplanes over Syria, and allows Israel to use Syrian air space to launch attacks on Iran. Overthrowing Syria also significantly damaged the Axis of Resistance.
Al Jazeera is the most successful Western propaganda tool in West Asia and North Africa. It played a role in the collapse of Libya and Syria, helped to ferment the Arab Spring, and is now assisting Israel in its war against Iran. Al Jazeera is anti-China, pro Western, and has only gained credibility in the Arab world due to its pro-Palestinian reporting on the war in Gaza. But Al Jazeera never fails to repeatedly tell us they report from Amman because Israel shut them down in Israel which helps to make Al Jazeera look credible to the Arab world, but it is an illusion.
China and Pakistan are now providing Iran with significant military support, including missiles. Chinese military aircraft are arriving in Tehran. China vehemently opposes Israel’s war against Iran and is adopting an aggressive position that has stunned the Americans, further weakening Trump and the US in the eyes of the Global South.
China and Russia condemned Israel at the recent UNSC emergency meeting over its unprovoked attack on Iran. Israel has overstepped its claims it is acting in self defence. Israel has violated international law. Their attack on Iran is illegitimate and has no moral legitimacy.
Contrary to claims made, Israel does not have air superiority over Iran. On Day 1 of this war (Friday 13th), in addition to air attacks, Israel also launched a cyber attack to knock out Iran’s air defences, which allowed Israeli aircraft to bomb sites in Iran with ease, but Iran managed to get their defence system online within 8 hours and so that Israel does not have air superiority and are relying on Mossad agents using car bombs to launch attacks. Some of the Israeli drones are being launched into Iran from Azerbaijan.
Crooke says while Israel stunned Iran on the first day of the war, Israel and the US have been taken back by how quickly and forcefully Iran has retaliated, and that as the war goes on, Israel is becoming weaker as Iran has now embarked on a program of demilitarizing Israel, destroying its weapons factories, military infrastructure, fuel installations for the Israeli air force and its air defences. Significant damage has been achieved in Tel Aviv and Haifa. Similar to Russia in Ukraine, Iran will not stop this war until its military objectives in Israel have been achieved – i.e. the destruction of Israel’s military capabilities.
In case you thought India doesn’t engage in terrorism, the South Asian times reports 73 Indian nationals have been caught by the IRGC – Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard’s Corps, working for Mossad inside Iran, engaging in subversive activities on behalf of Mossad.
The India-Israeli Axis is not just a concern for Iran, but also for Pakistan and the Muslim world.
The Indian nationals arrested by the IRGC appear to be connected with RAW.
Pakistan’s intelligence service are interested to obtain information from the captured Indians.
The India-Israeli Axis against the Islamic world should be a wake up call to all Muslim countries and it is worth noting that when the SCO issued a statement condemning Israel’s attack on Iran, all member states signed the statement except India. SCO member states are supposed to be cooperating on security and counter-terrorism in the Eurasian region, but India is the weak link. India is also losing influence in BRICS, and is being superseded by Iran which plays a bigger role in BRICS today than India and Brazil combined.

The study of the Middle East is not only shaped by empirical realities but also by the political climate in which scholarship is produced. In many academic institutions—particularly in the West—research that challenges dominant narratives, questions the legitimacy of state actors, or highlights uncomfortable truths often faces implicit or explicit censure. Sensitive issues, particularly those that may upset political, financial, or institutional stakeholders, are softened or strategically avoided. The Mastodon in the room, if he gets a mention at all, may find exposition as a pygmy elephant.
Zionist interference in Western academia began after WW2. Oxford Fellow A J P Taylor’s Origins of the Second World War, a much critically lauded work widely read and studied – Harvard University’s history text, caused his loss of his tenure and appearance on all media platforms.
Published around the time the Holocaust narrative was being assembled- the monstrosity had disappeared from public view for more than a decade after the end of WW2. Churchill, de Gaulle and Eisenhower failed to mention the atrocity of the Century in their memoirs.
Taylor’s history presented Hitler in far too human a light. Since then, hundreds, perhaps thousands of brave academics have suffered the same fate for related reasons.
