American foreign policy aims at one thing and its very explicit. It is what the West calls “Full Spectrum Dominance”. That the US is the dominant state in every region of the world and no regional power can challenge the US, even on a regional basis.

Russia and China are big countries and therefore are considered to be a threat to American strategic Dominance and to American hegemony. That means the US turns these countries into enemies because it doesn’t know how to deal with them in a respectful way because America must dominate. This is why the US is determined to make other large countries like Russia and China fail and why the US is trying to fragment them into smaller weaker states, and why wars are fundamental to America’s foreign policy of Full Spectrum Dominance.
