Joe Biden’s Gas Outage at Glasgow Gathering

Prince Charles at his Best at the Glasgow Summit

At Glasgow, the Duchess Camilla
Said, Biden’s a jolly good fella.
But his tasteless solution
For Mankind’s pollution
Was too lengthy and loud and a smeller.

This composition was stimulated by a Momentous Moment at the Gathering of Celebrities in Glasgow: President Joe Biden let out a long  loud fart while speaking with the Duchess of Cornwall during a reception at the COP 26 summit — so outstanding and upstanding that
Camilla Parker-Bowles “hasn’t stopped talking about” the 78-year-old’s “ long fart. “The pair were making small talk  at the climate talks in Scotland last week when the President broke wind, according to an “informed source”.

“It was long and loud and impossible to ignore.” the source told British media. Hours earlier,Mr Biden appeared to nod off during opening remarks at the climate change conference and had to be nudged awake by an aide.  That is of course  earth-shattering stuf. (the news, I mean, and not the flatulence). But hark, there is more to come. There is some evidence that the late HRH Philip’s renowned wit has somehow rubbed off onto the humdrum Heir-to-the -Throne.  My informant has leaked HRH Prince Charles’ composition to record the event for posterity. It appears to be a decent  limerick: ………………..

……………. ONE worth repeating
