After a lengthy and detailed investigation, the Director of the Russian Security Service, Aleksandr Bortnikov, has confirmed that Ukrainian military intelligence had direct involvement in the Crocus terrorist attack.
Thus, Russia has gathered evidence that confirms the preparation, financing and escape from the crime scene was coordinated by members of Wailayat Khorasan or ISIS-K. Twenty people have now been arrested. Not all are members of ISIS-K.

The Intelligence services of Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan are assisting the Russian investigation.
Russia has identified a NATO General with direct links with ISIS-K, and indicated that NATO was linked to transporting the terrorists to Ukraine after the attack.
Thus, Russia has established a direct link between the ISIS-K terrorists involved, NATO, and Ukrainian military intelligence, and indicated that the four central Asian countries indicated above have provided critical evidence to confirm with absolute certainty that ISIS-K did not act alone in the Crocus terrorist attack.
This investigation is massive ……. involving five countries, thousands of investigators, and is still ongoing.
