Students protest at an encampment supporting Palestinians on the Columbia University campus in New York City, April 25 [Caitlin Ochs/Reuters]
The Israeli foreign ministry is also defining the student protesters opposed to Israel’s genocide in Gaza, and university professors displaying care and welfare for students being plummeted by police as “terrorists.” And Israel is calling on the US Government government authorities to arrest protesters and suppress the protest movement, and Biden agrees.
The level of insanity today in the West today knows no bounds. The West keeps pushing insanity to new heights.
These students are not supporting terrorism. To suggest so is an evil act. The students oppose the mass slaughter of Palestinians by the terrorist state Israel. Many of the student protesters are Jewish.
The students are also outraged at their own government’s complicity in the genocide taking place in Gaza, which ice cream licking Joe Biden says is not happening, and never happened, as if it was fake news. Evil knows no bounds in the heart of Western leaders.
If opposing a genocide is the new definition of terrorism, then the world is totally screwed thanks to Israel and Biden and the Israeli lobby. We will remember their definition in future conflicts and remind them forever.
The disingenuous attempt to invoke 1938 as being the same as what pro-Palestinian protestors are doing today is nonsense.
Why can’t Israel and the US government just be open and honest and indicate that all they want to do is to destroy Palestine totally and to kill every Palestinian. Be honest about your intentions and stop hiding behind invocations of a bullshit holocaust narrative. The holocaust today is occurring to Palestinians, not Israelis.
PS: I am curious about the way the word “terrorism” is constantly being refined to criminalise behaviour that has been for all time part of our humanity. The word has been rendered meaningless due to the constant abuse of language and the meaning of words by governments and political movements.
