Venerable Bhikkhu Pannakara, Thank you for your vision of world peace, and your actions in assembling this team of Venerable Monks to journey on this Walk for Peace to Washington DC.
We have followed you online and in person all throughout your travels.
We continue to pray for your teams safety and good health, and we pray that you and those that are not feeling well, will improve and be back to 100% health very soon.
Y’all, and Aloka have pushed your bodies like athletes do when training for an event, but your event has gone on day after day, without much rest in between walks…..so if you need to rest a little longer, it’s okay…..the public will wait for you!
You and the brother Monks have changed my way of thinking, and my actions, to the point that I am more mindful and intentional each day…..and for this, I am most grateful!
May joy and peace be with you all as you walk-on, and when your mission is completed, I pray that you all return safely to your homes.
I will never forget each of you, (and Aloka and the support team) and this Walk for Peace.
